How not to mention his excellent “low-dish” pizza with a perfect leavening, as indicated in the Gambero Rosso’s guide “Pizzerie d’Italia”, one of the best in Italy according to the guide’s evaluation. We cannot forget the stuffed focaccine, the “Cecina” (salted chickpeas pie) prepared with chickpeas flour and the traditional “Necci”( chestnut crepes with ricotta cheese) and “Castagnaccio” (chestnut cake) , made with chestnut flour. The ingredients of local origin selected over time and always top quality, allow each time to take a dip to rediscover the flavours of the past.
